3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a gt1 user, you agree to comply with all of the following platform usage rules:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
- Not engage in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity;
- Not use automated software (bots) to interact with the platform;
- Not share your account with any other individual.
- Using funds obtained through unlawful means for deposits is strictly prohibited;
- Rebranding or copying any platform content without authorisation is strictly prohibited;
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt gt1's systems is strictly prohibited;
- Transferring account balances to other users without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
Violating any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of all associated winnings and balances.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gt1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms govern all financial activity on your account:
- Deposits: Funds will be credited to your account once payment has been verified. gt1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process that may require identity verification. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on account status.
- Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified separately. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the stipulated conditions.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
- Failed Transaction: If a deposit fails to process, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within the timeframe determined by the respective payment processor.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
